Year-Long Arts Leadership Program
"This program changed the way I think about my future and changed the way I think about the kind of musician I want to be and what I want to do with the rest of my life." Anna Deloi, Class of 2011 Arts Leader
From the Top just completed the pilot of a Year-Long Intensive Arts Leadership Program in Boston which trained and mentored 20 high school and early college musicians as they used music to empower, inspire, and create change in the community.

Working in five mentor-led teams, the arts leaders were challenged to use their music in promoting positive change within five community partner sites, including three public schools, a residence for cancer patients, and an assisted living facility. They dedicated 20 hours per month for 12 months to this program and were supported by From the Top staff as they explored their individual leadership pathways and the transformative power of music to build community and make a difference in people's lives.
From the Top is pleased to invite high school musicians from Greater Boston to apply to the second year of this program. Applications are due May 4. Learn more.
